Job summary

Ibex Limited in Manila is seeking a customer support specialist to assist internal and external stakeholders by email, phone, or other channels. You will handle requests and ensure accurate transactional processing using Service Now and Salesforce.

You will work with the Customer Success Team to respond to inquiries, participate in special projects, and help maintain a high level of service. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support and handling inquiries.
• Familiar with service desk tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries and requests from Customers via the Customer Success Team Mailbox.
• Process and assign incoming requests from Customers using ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Assist with Special Projects from Customer Success Managers.
• Assign Qualtrics (detractor) cases to CSMs as needed.
• Draft recognition emails and thank-you emails.
