J-K Netwok Services seeks a Mandarin Sales Development Officer to support its Mandarin team. The role involves managing product and packaging innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and ensuring documentation accuracy from concept to business approval.

Open to Filipino/Mandarin speakers with MBA and a marketing/advertising background, plus 5 years in PM within CPG/FMCG and in product innovation. Role supports remote work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, ensuring decisions and updates reach all stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating essential information and materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Provide strategic influence to guide cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.
