J-K Netwok Services, an international European contact center, is seeking a Mandarin Market Development Specialist to support its Mandarin team in Manila. The role offers a dayshift schedule (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) with work-from-home eligibility in the Philippines and a monthly salary of Php 115,000.

Open to Mandarin-English bilingual Filipinos, Filipino-Chinese, and foreign nationals. Requires MBA and related bachelor’s degree, plus 5 years in PM within CPG/FMCG, plus strong MSO/MSP skills and

Qualifications

• MBA and a related bachelor’s degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders receive updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and consolidate essential information.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Influence strategy to drive cross-functional execution and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
