Job summary

J-K Netwok Services seeks a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive to lead product and packaging innovation efforts for a multinational client. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure clear documentation while liaising with international stakeholders.

The position requires an MBA and a Bachelor's in marketing/advertising/communications/project management, plus 5 years in PM within CPG/FMCG and 5 years in product innovation and marketing.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and MSP software background.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and consolidate materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement to enable cross-functional changes.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive execution and results.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
