J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Official to support product and packaging innovation initiatives from concept through commercial approval. The role involves coordinating cross-functional meetings, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements while engaging international teams.

Open to Filipino/Filipino-Chinese candidates fluent in Mandarin and English, with MBA and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in CPG or FMCG environments.
• Product innovation and marketing experience is required.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and familiarity with MSP or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings, status updates, and ensure stakeholders receive key decisions and updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and consolidate essential information.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive process improvements and execution.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
• Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
