Job summary

Prime Manpower Resources Development Inc is seeking a seasoned Banking Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will develop new business, understand client objectives, and tailor financial solutions across banking, lending, and wealth products.

Based in Manila with regional travel, you will coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure AML/KYC compliance, accurate documentation, and revenue growth through cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience managing corporate, commercial, private banking, wealth management, or institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial solutions, and credit/financial analysis.
• Experience in client acquisition and portfolio management is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, compliance, and risk management requirements.

• Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, referrals, networking, and market development.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives, business needs, investment requirements, and risk profiles.
• Recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, wealth management, and financial products based on client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure high-quality customer service.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, account reviews, and business discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Investment, and Product teams to facilitate client requirements.
• Prepare and review financial information, credit applications, account documentation, and client proposals.
• Ensure all client activities and transactions comply with Hong Kong banking regulations, AML/KYC requirements, internal policies, and risk controls.
• Monitor the performance and quality of the assigned client portfolio and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reports, and documentation.
• Keep updated on market trends, economic developments, financial products, and banking regulations in Hong Kong.
• Achieve assigned revenue, portfolio growth, client acquisition, and business development targets.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven banking environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage for the Hong Kong market.
