Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to manage sales across major platforms and optimize product listings. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, English/Tagalog communication, and 1–3 years in e-commerce. On-site at BGC, Taguig with a dayshift schedule.

The candidate will coordinate campaigns, monitor performance, and prepare periodic sales reports to drive revenue growth. Government benefits and 13th month pay are included.

Qualifications

• Mandarin (Basic to Proficient) plus English and Tagalog required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1–3 years in e-commerce or online sales preferred.
• Experience with electronic products/ FMCG and platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company's official online store.
• Manage and monitor daily e-commerce sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue, traffic, and conversion.
• Maintain and optimize product listings, product information, promotions, and product assortment across various e-commerce platforms.
• Actively coordinates with internal departments and e-commerce platform partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and daily operations.
• Regularly preparing sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient) as well as English and Tagalog.
• Possessed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Having 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, marketplace operations, or a related role.
• With experience in Electronics, E-commerce/FMCG and handling stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Implements and develops strategic plans, manages campaigns, and oversees execution independently.
