J-K Netwok Services, a leading technology company expanding its presence in the Philippines, is seeking a Mandarin E-Commerce Account Specialist in BGC, Taguig. The role is dayshift, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM, on-site with a monthly salary of PHP 40,000–50,000.

Primary duties include managing sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s official store; optimizing product listings; and generating performance reports to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient).
• English and Tagalog proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Electronics, E-commerce/FMCG and handling stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other platforms.
• Knowledgeable in Excel, sales analysis, forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
• Able to create and implement strategic plans, manage campaigns, and execute independently.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s official online store.
• Monitor daily e-commerce sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue, traffic, and conversion.
• Maintain and optimize product listings, promotions, and product assortment across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments and platform partners for campaign execution and daily operations.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Having 1 to 3 years of experience in Electronics, E-commerce/FMCG and handling stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
