Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Metro Manila seeks a Mandarin Digital Sales Coordinator to drive online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s own store. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, plus 1–3 years of e-commerce experience.

It is an on-site position in BGC, Taguig with dayshift hours and salary range offered. The successful candidate will manage campaigns, optimize listings, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize revenue and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales or marketplace operations.
• Experience handling stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s official online store.
• Monitor daily e-commerce sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue, traffic, and conversion.
• Develop and implement major online campaigns, including Payday Sales and Mega Campaigns.
• Organize product listings, information, promotions, and assortment across platforms.
• Coordinate daily with internal departments and platform partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and operations.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports with insights for business growth.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient)
• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
• Possessed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• With 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, marketplace operations or handling stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Plans and executes strategic plans, manages campaigns, and oversees execution independently.
• Has strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while effectively managing teams.
