J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Consular Officer to join our Makati-based team. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, with on-site duties in Makati City during a dayshift schedule from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will handle consular inquiries, coordinate with local authorities, and prepare accurate records and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality. Fresh graduates are welcome; MS Office proficiency is essential.

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates proficient in both Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates and bachelor's degree holders from any field are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Previous experience in administrative, customer service, translation, or government-related work is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and coordinate Consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email
• Coordinate with local authorities, departments, and agencies to provide consular assistance to Chinese Nationals
• Prepare and accomplish accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage general office work. Handling paperwork and concerns.
• Ensure all records are maintained as per company procedures.
• Receive daily information and needs from employees, allocate resources appropriately, and solve problems.
