Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email.
• Coordinate with local authorities, departments, and agencies to provide consular assistance to Chinese Nationals.
• Prepare and accomplish accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage general office work and handling paperwork and concerns.
• Ensure all records are maintained as per company procedures.
• Receive daily information and needs from employees, allocate resources appropriately, and solve problems.
