Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate Consular inquiries via in-person, call, and email.

• Prepare and complete accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage general office work and handle paperwork and concerns.
• Ensure records are maintained per company procedures.
• Receive daily information, allocate resources, and solve problems.
