Job summary

J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Lead to guide product and packaging innovation for consumer brands from a Pasay City base. The role requires an MBA or related degree and 5 years in PM within the CPG/FMCG space, plus strong Mandarin and English communication.

Qualifications

• MBA and bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/communications/PM or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong MSO/MSP software skills (Excel, PPT, Word).
• Knowledge of consumer packaged goods, product/packaging innovation, or new product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) ensuring key decisions and updates reach stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation by consolidating information and materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive execution and deliver results.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
