J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovations within a multinational consulting environment in the Philippines. The role emphasizes coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic influence to deliver impactful initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA and a business-related bachelor’s degree, with 5 years of experience in CPG/FMCG product development, and strong Mandarin and English language skills.

Qualificações

• MBA and aBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; open to Filipinos or foreign nationals with these languages.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, updates, retrospectives) and share decisions with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation with supporting materials.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvements.
• Exhibit strong strategic influence to guide teams toward execution.
