Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, reading, writing, and speaking.
• MBA plus a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Advertising/Communications/PM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within CPG/FMCG environments.
• 5 years in product innovation and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives) and ensure decisions reach stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation with essential information and materials.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote process improvements across teams.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive execution and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbal, under pressure.
