J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Regional Business Development Manager in Pasay City. The role focuses on end-to-end product and packaging innovation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives with international stakeholders.

Open to Mandarin-English proficient professionals, MBA holders with 5+ years in CPG/FMCG project management and product innovation. Work-from-home setup with a dayshift schedule, salary PHP 115,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in a CPG/FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills: Excel, PPT, Word; familiarity with MSP.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, from concept development to business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives; ensure key decisions reach stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating information and materials.
• Develop relationships and promote continuous improvement to drive cross-functional process changes.
• Demonstrate strategic influence to guide cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Show strong written and verbal communication; perform well under pressure.
• Coordinate and support multiple stakeholders; adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Work with international teams with cultural awareness and relationship-building.
• Commit to delivering results in demanding work conditions.
