J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Officer to support its expanding consumer goods initiatives in the Philippines. The role involves end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation, cross-functional collaboration with international teams, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Applicants should have an MBA and a Bachelor’s in marketing/advertising/communications/PM, plus 5 years in FMCG/CPG project leadership and solid MS Office/MSP software skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or related master's degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in CPG/FMCG environments.
• Experience in product innovation and marketing.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, retrospectives).
• Maintain accurate project documentation and materials.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to drive process improvements.
• Influence cross-functional teams toward execution.
