Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field (Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or related; Chemistry acceptable, Dentistry and Doctor of Medicine excluded).
• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing).
• Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome
• Technical Skills: Comfort with handling phone calls and providing detailed medical information.
