J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for our Biñan, Laguna operations. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, a Bachelor’s in accounting, and 3+ years in AP or P2P. You will manage supplier invoices, perform PO/GR matching, and coordinate with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay and/or Invoice Management.
• Having experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) business process is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure the timely processing, validation, and posting of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies while handling inquiries from complex suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline invoice processing, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial workflows.
