What You’ll Actually Do

• Strategic Solution Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions across key master data domains, ensuring scalable governance processes, data quality, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Team Delivery Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP experts to deliver MDG implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production support while mentoring team members and leading design workshops.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Translate business requirements into SAP MDG solutions, support business development activities, drive continuous improvement, and provide advisory services using SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent to achieve high-quality business outcomes.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a client-facing practitioner and trusted business advisor with a deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology, working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Professional Development: Acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Managing consultant with a Bachelor’s Degree and deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent.
• Experience: Professional expertise with SAP MDG configuration, including a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as a Consultant or Solution Architect. Experience with SAP MDG processes, data modeling, governance processes, validations, derivations, duplicate check frameworks, and workflow, alongside a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC master data processes and integration.
• Skills: Hands-on experience working with BRF+ for business rules and workflow decision logic; functional expertise in one or more master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance; and the ability to prepare functional specifications and collaborate effectively with ABAP and workflow developers.
• Bonus: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or equivalent SAP certification; experience with SAP Fiori applications for MDG, SAP Business Workflow, SAP BTP, and integration technologies; strong leadership skills; hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; and familiarity with cloud computing platforms including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
