Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant with 9.1–12 years of hands-on SAP MDG expertise to configure, support, and optimize MDG processes and governance. The role involves designing workflows, CR management, data models, and BRF+ rules in collaboration with ABAP, Workflow, and integration teams.

Strong understanding of SAP MDG data governance and end-to-end business processes is required. The candidate will coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure MDG alignment

Package Consultant–SAP HANA Master Data Governance

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Master Data Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and improving SAP MDG processes, workflows, data models, and governance frameworks while collaborating closely with functional and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

Configure and support SAP MDG solutions based on business requirements.

Design and maintain MDG workflows, Change Requests, approvals, and governance processes.

Configure and maintain data models, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks.

Develop and maintain BRF+ rules and decision logic.

Analyze master data issues and provide functional solutions.

Prepare functional specifications for technical developments and enhancements.

Coordinate with ABAP, Workflow, Integration, and business teams to deliver MDG solutions.

Support integration between SAP MDG and S/4HANA/ECC and other systems.

Ensure master data governance processes align with end-to-end business requirements.

Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live support.

About you

9.1-12 years of relevant SAP experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG).

Proven experience in SAP MDG workflow configuration and support, including approval processes, Change Request (CR) management, and workflow routing and decision logic.

Strong functional expertise in one or more master data domains: Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance.

Hands-on experience with SAP MDG data modeling, including data governance processes, validations, derivations, and duplicate check frameworks.

Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC master data processes and integration.

Experience with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus) for business rules and workflow decision logic.

Ability to prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and work effectively with ABAP and Workflow Developers.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how master data impacts downstream SAP processes and integrations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
