Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance professional to join our SAP Data Management practice. The role focuses on designing and implementing MDM and governance solutions to support business transformations.

The candidate will work on SAP MDG data models, ABAP development, and data migration tools, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet business requirements. Hybrid work setup in Taguig with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP MDG and SAP Data Migration experience.
• Experience with SAP MDG data models, CVI, and deployment approaches.
• Hands-on with SAP BODS for extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading.
• Knowledge of SQL, lookup functions, joins, and validations.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance professional to join our SAP Data Management practice. The role will focus on designing and implementing Master Data Management and Governance solutions, supporting business transformation initiatives, and delivering effective SAP data strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver business transformation projects related to Master Data Management and Governance.

• Conduct diagnostic and assessment activities using qualitative and quantitative analysis.

• Execute client engagements including operating model design and implementation.

• Develop strategies, target processes, and organizational designs using established best practices.

• Develop implementation plans and support organizational and process changes.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Lead problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Manage client communications throughout project engagements.

• Support proposal development, practice-building activities, thought leadership, and market offerings.

• Contribute to IP development, white papers, and project case studies.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to capture and apply relevant knowledge.

SAP Master Data Governance Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MDG and SAP Data Migration.

• Strong experience with SAP MDG data models, architecture, CVI, flex and reuse modes, and deployment approaches.

• Experience with SAP ABAP and development/configuration of RICEFWs.

• Experience with SAP workflows, BRF, and FPM.

• Hands-on experience with SAP BODS for extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading.

• Knowledge of SQL, lookup functions, joins, query mapping, case functions, merge/map operations, and validations.

• Experience with SAP data migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit, or ABAP programs.

• Strong knowledge of SAP tables associated with different data objects.

• Experience performing mock conversions through production loads.

• Experience with S/4HANA migration projects.

• Experience configuring transformation rules and reports using Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) is preferred.

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's or tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related discipline.

• Previous consulting or internal project experience is preferred.
