Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Hybrid-Work Transition Leader in Rockwell, Makati City. You will steer large-scale transition and transformation initiatives to strengthen operational excellence, accelerate growth, and deliver seamless service experiences across PMI’s global organization.

The role requires 8+ years in Finance/Shared Services/Global Business Services, 5+ years in transition management, and a track record of leading complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
• 5+ years in transition management, project management, and change management.
• Proven track record leading multiple complex transition or transformation programs.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Expertise in stakeholder management across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Strong governance, risk management, and business process transformation capabilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions and operate in ambiguous environments.
• Strong financial and business acumen with connection of operational changes to outcomes.
• Advanced business English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and executing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition and transformation programs across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and execute transition roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Manage program risks, budgets, timelines, scope, and change impacts.
• Drive executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and steering committee governance.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption planning.
• Mentor Transition Managers and ensure effective resource allocation and delivery excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve transition processes and outcomes.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience within a Global Business Services or Shared Services organization.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Treasury, Controlling, or Customer Care Services processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
