Job summary

One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, seeks a Manager, Security & Loss Prevention to safeguard guests and properties with vigilance and warmth. You will drive security policy, lead a team of guards and supervisors, and coordinate emergency response for events and incidents.

Reporting to hotel leadership, you will protect residences, review security reports, and implement improvements while maintaining high standards of guest safety and service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
• Experience using CCTV and security tech.
• Budgeting and data analysis knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Recruiting, training and supervising security agents, lifeguards and Supervisors.

About the You.

• Proven experience as security manager or similar position
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Committed and reliable
• High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
