Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking a compliance-focused professional in the Philippines to analyze and implement new and updated regulatory guidelines issued by IFSCA/SEZ, including AML guidelines. You will prepare summaries and comparative analyses and educate stakeholders on regulatory changes.

You will log actionables, update compliance certification, review marketing communications, and ensure timely submissions to authorities.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and implementation of the new and updated regulations/circulars/guidelines/directions issued by IFSCA/SEZ including Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines
• Preparing summary and comparative analysis
• Communicating and educating the stakeholders
• Logging actionables on the relevant stakeholders
• Updating compliance certification in line with the IFSCA regulatory framework
• Review of marketing creatives and customer communications
• Ensure tracking and timely submission of reports and regulatory responses to regulatory authorities
• Making representations to the Regulatory Authorities for business enablement including review and analysis of exposure drafts/white papers issued by the Regulatory Authorities
• Review of Agreements from compliance perspective
• Support business teams and other stakeholders with addressing queries
