Job summary

• Analyze and implement new and updated regulations/circulars/guidelines issued by IFSCA/SEZ including AML guidelines
• Prepare summaries and comparative analyses
• Communicate and educate stakeholders
• Log actionables on relevant stakeholders
• Update compliance certification in line with the IFSCA regulatory framework
• Review marketing creatives and customer communications
• Ensure tracking and timely submission of reports and regulatory responses to regulatory authorities
• Make representations to Regulatory Authorities for business enablement including review of exposure drafts/white papers
