Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Automation Lead in Metro Manila to architect and drive test automation across the product lifecycle.

You will lead automation initiatives, design frameworks, and mentor teams of testers and DevOps engineers to deliver robust quality. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software testing, hands-on automation, and experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, API testing, and agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with strong hands-on experience in test automation.
• Proven experience in test automation framework development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience providing technical leadership to automation or QA teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation best practices, and quality engineering principles.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration for automated testing.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies; exposure to Waterfall is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in debugging, root-cause analysis, and test optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test/project management platforms is an advantage.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
