Job description

Lead end‑to‑end automation strategy, including framework design, execution, optimization, and maintenance.

Define what to automate using a risk‑based and ROI‑driven prioritization approach.

Develop scalable, modular, and maintainable automation frameworks aligned with business goals and quality standards.

Ensure alignment with test governance, compliance requirements, and organization-wide policies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stability, maintainability, execution speed, and overall automation effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with developers, QA, infra, and DevOps/RM teams to integrate automation into CI/CD/release pipelines.

Design and maintain a robust test data strategy that supports reliable, repeatable, and parallel execution.

Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting support to the automation team.

Communicate technical decisions, risks, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of hands‑on experience in manual and automation testing, with at least 5 years in a Automation Test Architect/manager or equivalent leadership role
• Hands‑on experience with test management tools such as Azure Dev Ops or equivalent
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Demonstrated success in managing testing for large-scale, cross‑functional projects or programs
