Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Test Architect/Manager to lead end-to-end automation strategy, framework design, and governance.

You will drive risk-based prioritization, oversee scalable frameworks, and align testing with regulatory requirements. This onsite role in Metro Manila requires deep technical depth in automation and collaboration across developers, QA, infra, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of hands-on testing experience with at least 5 years in an Automation Test Architect/manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Demonstrated success in managing testing for large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Solid understanding of industry-standard software testing methodologies, frameworks, and lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with financial services and banking operations, including regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to testing.
• Strong technical depth in automation frameworks, including design architecture of test frameworks from scratch.
• Skilled in risk-based analysis, ROI evaluation, and creating high-impact automation plans.
• Ability to define automation roadmaps, standards, processes, and measurable success criteria.
• Must be willing to work on a full onsite work arrangement.

Responsibilities
