Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in the Philippines is seeking a specialist to support banking operations, focusing on data analysis, GenAI-driven process improvements, and corporate actions workflows.

You will streamline processes using VBA and macros, interpret action data, maintain regulatory and KPI compliance, and contribute to risk management and reporting under the guidance of the Department Head.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with 6 years in a banking operations environment, preferably in securities operations.
• Experience in driving initiatives and change implementations
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MAS and SGX processing
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques

• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with corporate actions processing.
• Carry out management reporting and any other assignments as given by Department Head and Division Management
