Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional to process Corporate Action events accurately, within service levels, and according to procedures.

You will manage internal and external stakeholders, resolve reconciliation breaks daily, and investigate queries promptly. Ideal candidates will contribute to process improvements and participate in project initiatives while helping to manage operational risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required.
• 2–3 years of operations experience.
• Meticulous with keen eye for detail.
• Report writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description

• Processing of Corporate Action events in an accurate, timely and consistent manner, in accordance with departmental procedures and to the agreed service level.

• Managing internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action issues

• Adhering to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework

• Attending to reconciliation breaks in accounts on a daily basis

• Ensuring that all queries are attended to and investigated promptly

• Supporting change by assisting in devising and implementing improved processes

• Participating in project initiatives

• Managing operational risk associated within the processes

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree

• Minimum 2-3 years Operations experience

• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.

• Report writing skills
