Who You’ll Be Working With

With a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, you will be analytical, technologically savvy, solutions- and process-focused, and you will join the Technology & Operations team.

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

• Leading the discovery sessions for any new initiative
• Leading the RFI/RFP process for selecting vendors needed for a buy initiative
• Working with Legal for contract negotiations to ensure the vendor engagements are to the company's advantage
• Working with Procurement for commercial negotiations
• Ensuring that the commercial model is to the company's advantage as platform manager
• Governing the overall Platform Lifecycle – Feasibility, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decom/Migration/Replacement
• Ensuring that the platform investment & vendor engagement are maximized

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager
• At least 3 years stakeholder management experience
• Experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (bank or non-bank)
• Strong background on the following:

• Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting
• Platform Design & Delivery
• Platform Lifecycle Management
• Service & Operations Management
