Qualifications

• Candidate must have a 4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and with customer-facing roles.
• Experience in food & beverage operations is advantageous; willing to be based locally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities with the management team to hit FSC targets, sales and cash flow.
• Maintains highest FSC standards for food, service, and cleanliness/condition.
• Ensures customer service and operating standards are followed during shifts; handles feedback and complaints.
• Attends to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shifts.
• Recommends activities to boost profitability by increasing sales and managing inventory and costs.
• Assists in preparing daily financial reports such as sales, petty cash, replenishments and inventory.
• Ensures accurate cash handling, inventory, recording and related functions.
• Orders and stores proper materials, supplies and merchandise.
• Communicates company policies, standards and procedures to the store team.
• Supports HR processes like manpower scheduling, performance monitoring and payroll summaries to improve productivity and avoid labor issues.

About the role

This role involves coordinating and implementing store activities together with the management team to achieve performance targets in Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC), sales and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities together with the management team to achieve performance targets – FSC quality, sales and cash flow

• Ensures that the highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC) are maintained

• Ensures that customer service and operating standards are implemented during the shift; solicits customer feedback and makes sure customer complaints are promptly attended

• Attends to all concerns relating to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shift; ensures that the store is well kept and free from any unnecessary things

• Recommends store activities that will contribute toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory and costs

• Assists in preparing financial-related reports on a regular basis – daily sales report, petty cash, replenishments, inventory, etc.

• Ensures that cash handling, inventory, recording, and other related functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner

• Ensures that the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stored properly

• Ensures that all company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated effectively to store team and implemented in a consistent manner

• Ensures effective implementation of store HR procedures such as preparing manpower schedules, monitoring performances, coordinating with manpower contractors and preparing payroll summary properly to achieve productivity and avoid labor issues

About you

• College graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism or Business Management (any 4-year course with relevant experience are also welcome to apply)

• High level of confidence

• Residing nearby/in San Fernando/Mexico Pampanga

• Having food and beverage work experience is an advantage
