A manpower services company located in Pampanga, Philippines, seeks a candidate to assist in daily operations while overseeing quality standards and supporting management with marketing initiatives. Ideal for graduates of any 4-year course, with a training period in Tarlac. Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus. • Willing to undergo 1 month training in Tarlac Head Office.

• Participate in training programs designed to develop skills in management, customer service, and operational strategies.
• Support management in implementing marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings effectively.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock control and ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
