Management Trainee position to be trained as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, focusing on store operations, team collaboration, and business objectives.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Ensure compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness standards and achieve high audit ratings across store operations.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to maintain or enhance operational efficiency and quality of service, addressing customer needs promptly.
• Collaborate with store managers and other departments to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Assess and secure profit opportunities by managing costs and streamlining processes to meet or exceed profit targets.
• Manage workforce activities, including hiring, orientation, certification, and shift scheduling.
• Perform administrative duties such as office organization, securing permits, report preparation, and implementing Store Safety programs.
