• Identify trends and recommend proactive/remedial actions.

SUMMARY:

The Management Trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, travelling to other offices/branches, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course.
2. With at least 2 years experience in related field.
3. Background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is a plus.
