Consistent Frozen Solutions Corporation in Metro Manila is launching a Management Training Program—an intensive 1-year initiative designed to develop future leaders for our organization. Trainees will gain hands-on exposure in sales, customer relations, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Performs warm and cold calling tasks daily.

• Prepares customer sales forecast for planning by product team.
• Enters order information with correct pricing, discounts, and specs.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assists collections with overdue balances from customers.
• Collaborates with sales manager to align brand sales and monitor performance.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with management, staff, and clients.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Management Training Program is a 1 year comprehensive training initiative that will equip our Management Trainees with necessary knowledge and skill sets to become future specialists and leaders of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Performs warm and cold calling tasks daily.
• Responds to all queries of marketing generated leads (warm leads) in a timely manner.
• Sets meeting appointment, visits the clients and conducts reconciliation with them.
• Provide information about our products and services and sets clear expectations to clients.
• Prepares customer sales forecast so that product team can plan ahead of time.
• Encode order information to the company's system, make sure it contains the correct pricing, discount percentage, and product specifications.
• Ensures complete and timely delivery of our products by proper coordination with other departments.
• Helps collection department in collecting payments if there are overdue balances from customers.
• Works alongside the sales manager and unit leader to align brand sales, monitor sales performance, and generate sales reports.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients, internal and external.
• Ensures sales goals and metrics are met.
