Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Management Trainee to rotate across departments, build knowledge of operations, resolve disputes, attend meetings and workshops, and travel to other offices. The role supports process improvements and documentation while gaining broad exposure to the business.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of related experience; logistics or e-commerce exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and support planning and directing the operation flow.
• Implement and monitor the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to plan and direct the organization’s goals.
• Propose policies and ensure their implementation.
• Evaluate work output of Operations.
• Work across departments (marketing, sales, customer services, and personnel).
• Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
• Attend periodic evaluations.
• Use reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
• Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial actions.
• Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing needs.
• Work with management to implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

The Management Trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices/branches, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course.
• With at least 2 years experience in related field.
