Qualifications

• Experience in operations, network management, logistics, or transportation management is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in strategic planning, operational process improvement, performance monitoring, and transportation operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, operational concerns, and emergency situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with native-level proficiency in Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work onsite and support operational requirements when needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and budget management to set short- and long-term goals.
• Supervise operations manuals, performance evaluation forms, and work processes up to standard.
• Supervise transportation services and risk assessment; prepare management reports for emergencies.
• Guide development direction to senior management and respond to data reports; manage freight costs and plans.

Job description

• Strategic planning and budget management team set short-term goals and long-term goals. According to the organization’s business plan, the department’s annual operating plan is proposed.

• Supervise, plan, create operation manuals, performance evaluation forms. Make the department’s work process, including the quality and service of the branch company up to standard. And continue to improve.

• Supervise transportation services, risk assessment. The advantages of meeting safety requirements include the preparation of management reports and the handling of various emergencies.

• Introduce the development direction to the senior management and summarize the performance. In the receipt data report, increase freight costs and develop operational plans to achieve company goals. And to respond efficiently and promptly to the company’s business direction.

• Learn new knowledge and new technology, analyze the problems in the department’s operation. Improve, formulate and plan operational strategies to increase efficiency and keep up with the current situation. And can support future events.

• Work with internal and external coordination.
