Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular business and performance reports for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support management in planning and execution of special projects and track progress.
