MedGrocer is seeking a Management Trainee in Makati on-site. This 12-24 month leadership development program rotates across customer service and supply chain units to build deep functional expertise and hands-on leadership experience.

Selected trainees will drive process improvements, coordinate with partners, and learn to scale operations while delivering excellent patient experiences. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Management Trainee

Oversees the daily operations of MedGrocer, coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible patient experience. In this role, you will gain hands‑on leadership experience across customer service and supply chain workflows while driving process and system improvements to support rapid organizational scaling.

This is a 12-24 month leadership development program where trainees are assigned to one core business unit and will rotate through its respective sub-units to gain deep functional expertise.

The selective MT program only accepts candidates with academic excellence, organizational leadership, and other exceptional qualities.

Candidates who do not qualify as MTs will still be considered for alternative roles.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any four year related course.

Preferably with customer service, supply chain management, and leadership experience.

Knowledge in Google Workspace applications.

Must work onsite in Makati.
