MedGrocer in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to translate operational, clinical, and business requirements into technical execution. You will define the product roadmap and lead agile sprint cycles to scale our healthcare platform powering nationwide clinics and telehealth services.

You will align technical delivery with business objectives across executives, commercial accounts, and software engineers, enforce delivery standards, and analyze product health metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, ME or related field.
• 4–8 years of technical product management or technical delivery experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong technical literacy across REST APIs, database schemas, system architecture, and modern web application development.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the technical product backlog, converting complex healthcare workflows into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.
• Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to maintain predictable delivery cadences and prevent scope creep.
• Act as the primary operational partner across executives, commercial accounts, clinical teams, and software engineers to align delivery with business objectives.
• Enforce rigorous definition-of-done standards, release protocols, and product quality benchmarks across all feature deployments.
• Track and analyze product health metrics, user adoption data, and operational turnarounds to inform optimization.
