Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements store activities with the management team to achieve performance targets – FSC quality, sales, and cash flow.
• Helps ensure the highest standards on Food, Service and Cleanliness/Condition (FSC) are maintained.
• Ensures customer service and operating standards are implemented during the shift; solicits feedback and promptly addresses complaints.
• Attends to all concerns related to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security and sanitation during shift; keeps the store well kept.
• Recommends store activities to contribute toward profitability by increasing sales, managing inventory and costs.
• Assists in preparing financial reports on a regular basis – daily sales, petty cash, replenishments, inventory, etc.
• Helps ensure cash handling, inventory, recording, and related functions are performed accurately.
• Helps ensure proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stored properly.
• Ensures company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated and implemented consistently.
• Helps ensure effective implementation of HR procedures such as manpower schedules, performance monitoring, coordinating with contractors and payroll summaries.
