Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in management accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and transaction recording for assigned accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports (MR).
• Support the budgeting process, including gathering and analyzing financial data.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial data entry into accounting systems.
• Assist with variance analysis and identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other local offices on billing, invoices, payroll, collections.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts.
