PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Management Accounting Manager for a full-time onsite role in Mandaluyong. The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and drive management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in management accounting or FP&A, with strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. CPA is an advantage, and experience in F&B or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting/FP&A or a similar function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management with influence over decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify business trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational results.
• Evaluate the financial viability of new store openings, expansion projects, and other business investment opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
• Enhance financial reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and lead the development of the Management Accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar finance function.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Experience in the restaurant, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
