Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Management Accounting Manager for a full-time onsite role in Mandaluyong. The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and drive management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in management accounting or FP&A, with strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. CPA is an advantage, and experience in F&B or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting/FP&A or a similar function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management with influence over decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable profitability insights.
• Evaluate financial viability of new store openings and expansion projects.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive performance.
• Enhance reporting, strengthen controls and lead the Management Accounting team.
