Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Management Accounting Manager in Mandaluyong to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role collaborates with Operations and other business units to provide financial insights and strengthen decision-making through data-driven analysis.

The candidate will oversee financial planning, performance monitoring, and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives, while guiding a dedicated Management Accounting team and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis expertise.
• Background in restaurant, retail, or FMCG industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop the Management Accounting team.
• Drive reporting improvements and implement controls.
