Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Management Accountant to consolidate multi-entity accounts, track budgets and cash flow, and turn KPIs into actionable insights across a growing UK care portfolio. You’ll influence operational performance and take your accounting career global with Emapta.

Based onsite in Ortigas with a mid-shift schedule, you’ll collaborate with UK teams and leverage advanced Excel, Xero, and consolidation experience to deliver robust management reporting and financial controls.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of strong accounting experience
• Newly qualified, part-qualified, or currently pursuing ACCA or CIMA
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage large, multi-entity datasets
• Strong numerical skills and excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts for multiple entities
• Produce consolidated management accounts and monthly information packs
• Maintain integrity of financial data across multiple care homes
• Monitor costs, spending, and budgets at entity and group levels
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities
• Identify performance drivers and recommend improvements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for group-wide planning
• Provide financial support to UK operational teams

The Qualifications We Seek

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of strong accounting experience

Technical Proficiency

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
• Experience preparing multi-entity accounts and consolidations
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles and reconciliations

Your Daily Tasks

Management Reporting, Consolidation & Compliance

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts for multiple entities
• Produce consolidated management accounts and monthly information packs
• Prepare ad hoc financial reportsMaintain the integrity of financial data across multiple care homes

Financial Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor costs, spending, and budgets at entity and group levels
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities
• Identify performance drivers and recommend improvements

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Support consolidated budgeting for group-wide planning

Business Partnering

• Provide financial support to UK operational teams
• Communicate KPIs and financial insights clearly and professionally

Cash Flow & Controls

• Monitor and report cash flow across multiple entities
• Recommend corrective actions
• Support robust financial controls and documentation

Wider Finance & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with debtors, creditors, accruals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely intercompany reporting and balance matching
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and operational efficiency
