Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Management Accountant to support the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial and operational data for management decision-making.

The role emphasizes timely budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, and monthly performance reporting in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will partner with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams, contribute to cost control initiatives, and help drive process improvements with Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and variances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, or BI platforms is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including P&L, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze cost and expense drivers to support cost control.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes by consolidating inputs from various departments.
• Prepare financial models and comparative analyses to evaluate actual performance against budget and forecast.
• Monitor manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and overhead costs.
• Ensure appropriate cost allocation across departments, products, and cost centers.
• Provide financial insights and data to commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to support decisions.
• Assist in reviewing investment proposals and evaluating project performance from a financial standpoint.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of accruals, cost allocations, and interdepartmental charges.
• Comply with internal financial controls, company policies, and applicable accounting standards.
• Participate in initiatives to automate reporting and improve budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based financial models and BI tools used in regular reporting.

The Management Accountant is responsible for supporting the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial and operational data to facilitate management decision-making. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting of budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, and monthly performance reports. The position also contributes to financial discipline, cost management, and strategic initiatives across departments in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, variance analyses, and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
• Analyze cost and expense drivers to support business reviews and recommend opportunities for cost control.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes by consolidating inputs from various departments.
• Prepare financial models and comparative analyses to evaluate actual performance against budget and forecast.

Cost Monitoring and Allocation

• Monitor manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and overhead costs.
• Ensure appropriate cost allocation across departments, products, and cost centers.

Business Partnering

• Provide financial insights and data to commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to support operational and business decisions.
• Assist in reviewing investment proposals and evaluating project performance from a financial standpoint.

Financial Accuracy and Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of accruals, cost allocations, and interdepartmental charges.

Process Improvement

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify variances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
