Job summary

Tosen Foods Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting and forecasts to support business planning.

You will collaborate with department heads, monitor departmental budgets, drive cost savings, implement controls, and mentor the accounting team.

CPA or CMA preferred; experience in food manufacturing is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in management accounting or a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of financial reporting and budgeting software, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Certification as a CPA or CMA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
